Pros

Was a great department to grow within claims as a variety of claims are being handled.

Cons

It was a great team till the change in senior managers in 2024. Two of the new managers have made the place hard to work in anymore. Work life balance does not exist and senior managers make decisions to impress management above them without thinking of due process or how the actual adjusters can handle this. Any questions posed towards senior managers will either be directed away with the excuse that team managers will handle it and if pressed for answers, the attacks start being personal - questioning your stats or even the most childish things such as you talk too much to your coworkers. The stats themselves are a new program that has no reflection on the actual job - but can be used against you if needed with no explanation as to how the numbers are calculated. Different adjuster have enquired how these stats are calculated and it still remains a mystery to this day. At some point the office was so toxic that you would feel pressured to not talk to your coworkers around you as senior managers would tell you to not socialize!! I left the job 6 months ago and within a gap of 6-7 months at least 10 people including senior adjuster and team managers have moved away.
