TBA ...more like CBA

Pros

- Some great people at junior levels in the company - Opportunity to travel for project work (although expect to work 24/7 on site) - Varied clients (with repeat projects, same each year)

Cons

- Poor leadership from the very top, the CEO has been described as 'old school' in another review (code for a HR nightmare) - ...which isn't a problem because there is no HR department! Wellbeing of employees isn't given enough consideration. - Teams can be very disjointed, lack of clear leadership from above trickles down and impacts the teams. Poor decisions often made over the top of department heads, feedback from team doesn't feel like it's listened to. Can feel as though the leadership team don't understand the role and pressures of the staff. - Heavily reliant on freelancers, most of the big and exciting projects are staffed by freelancers, which is demotivating for full time employees and limits progression - Culture/Agency positioning, TBA is just uncool

Pros

The Creative & events departments are excellent; delivering high quality work.

Cons

The Founder: sexist and unprofessional - creates incredibly toxic environment. No HR department, no protection for employees.
