      Good colleagues and projects, but poor organization and salary stagnation

      Pros

      Interesting projects with good learning opportunities. Colleagues are great and supportive, and the communication within the team is good.

      Cons

      Lack of appreciation and growth: It seems the company doesn't properly value the contributions of its Serbian developers, especially at the Junior and Medior levels. It is extremely difficult to get a salary increase, even after a long time with the company and showing good results. This leads to demotivation and career stagnation.

      - Ufficio nel caos più totale, con frequenti diverbi e discussioni tra team e Project Owner - Assunto come tester, sono finito a fare lo sviluppatore full-stack appena uscito dall'università senza avere un minimo di onboarding - Team in cui mi sentivo un peso più che un componente della squadra
