Micro managed by corporate HQ. Horrific systems and software. Their systems crash almost daily at 4:00. TREBBILE BENFITS you're better on Obamacare

It is perfect for a first job because it helped me learn how to do a job even though I hated it.

Cons

Low pay mostly commission. They tell you can make a lot of money, but that is not true. It is extremely difficult. You are competing with people within the same branch and with several branches around the country. There tag system is terrible. Vacation/sick time is a joke. I can go on and on for this company.
