Pros

Very professional, knowledgeable co-workers, who are dedicated to contributing to the success of an incredibly diverse company. There are many long term employees of 10, 20 years. Compensation and perks are great! Comprehensive Medical insurance coverage is offered and can included dental and eye coverage, if desired. Discounts are provided for non-smokers. 401k provides a generous employer "match". On-site gym, business casual dress code, Friday "jeans" and welcoming atmosphere add to the positive working environment. Innovative technology and proprietary software add to a positive work experience. Good location, headquartered on the North Shore of Long Island. Close to all.

Cons

Medical Insurance Benefits cost (premiums and out of pocket) is higher than expected, but there are more than 2 choices to choose from and most doctors are included in the "in-network" less expensive plan. Additionally, there is a bare-bones "afordable care act" plan that provides the least expensive option. I would not call any of these plans "Cadillac" plans, as out of pocket expenses can be as high as deductible each year, in addition to the premium. A 61 day waiting period is long - and depending when you begin employment can be 2 months and 3 weeks!
