      - Opportunity to work directly on real machine learning products and see their impact in market. - Interesting tech stack. - Great office with weekly yoga and meditation. - Machine learning is implemented directly into production by the data science team (a pro or a con depending on who you ask). - Great flexibility and work life balance.

      - Everyone is kind and professional. They champion flexibility and the work/life balance is fantastic, especially for a startup. It's a culture where people come first. Coworkers are kind and fun to be around. - Product is interesting and the product vision map is exciting. - Tech stack is good and there's a culture to innovate and to learn the latest and best tech. Recently introduced 10% personal projects - Excellent leadership and mentorship - Office perks and good location - Experimental and willing to change and adapt - Lots of opportunity to learn across different teams, areas of the stack, and AI
