      1. Good place to work and learn especially if you're just starting your career. 2. Ownership of the feature you work on and working independently. 3. Work-life balance. 4. People are nice and welcoming. 5. No micromanagement. 6. Cross team connect and weekly sessions where we can meet people from other teams.
