co-ordinators can join there. they only care about coordinators.
Cons
if you are a developer then don't go there. you will feel like you are in a garments factory. their salary increment policy is the worst. No facilities. Salary not on time, the late fine will deduct perfectly (salary of one day per 3 days late). No payment for extra time. if you leave this company they will not pay the last month's salary.
