Pros

Chill atmosphere, Bring your dog to work before Covid, snacks in the office, end of year vacation and party.

Cons

Overworked, bad leadership decisions and hires, lack of vision and long term goals, questionable decisions with executive promotions.

Pros

Low stress environment with great management with some unique perks such as a work dog, snacks, beer, nitro coffee, and paid parking. I will say they paid severance for roughly 2 months. Nothing in the contract for this, but overall a great gesture and worth mentioning for their character as an organization.

Cons

401k was on the low end, unable to use OS of choice for development, if you value things like testing and quality of the code I would say they are lacking in this department. I was only working with Symphonic Distribution for 3 months before my team was layed off. I would be very concerned about the decision makers to change their mind so quickly.

Pros

Company growing steadily, nice laid back atmosphere.

Cons

Rapid growth has impacted the company. Management making bad decisions due to bad advisors. Product is poor and management not moving ahead.
