      Pros

      Great company if you are looking for steady growth pace. You learn a lot from the people working here. The company offers a lot of benefits for employees which is very rare for PH-based company. The company is very employee-centric, they put the employees first.

      Cons

      Performance assessment for each employee needs improvement. OT releases can also be improved but it gets released after 1 or 2 payrolls.

      Company cares about their employees. Flat organization, you can talk to the chiefs or anyone, anytime. The people working here are amazing at their jobs.

      Occasional unpaid overtimes when work calls for it.
