Pros
Organized. Good communication. Culture and people currently make this feel like a team and unified place to work. Real product market fit. Quality product and engineering team. Client Experience Team is responsive and knowledgeable.
Cons
Building product means you cant be everything to everyone. Sometimes this can be a "con" when trying to win new customers. However, its a huge positive to building a reliable and high quality product for current and future customers to enjoy. Its a startup so somethings change or havent been created yet from a process standpoint. Gives a real opportunity to have your hands on the solution and process moving forward though.
