Met with a senior engineer for screening, then another to work together on a technical challenge. The prompt was very reasonable and made sense w/ the kind of work. Overall the process was extremely pleasant
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sydecar in Dec 2022
Interview
First call, all looked pretty formal and seemed like a good opportunity. Then I had a technical interview. Here is where things became somewhat sketchy and made think that the company might be lacking good job culture.
It's really sketchy that they don't send you any rejection email nor feedback. I realized I was not selected after asking the recruited. They don't appreciate people's time and are running inefficient interviews massively
