      Pros

      There are a lot of great reasons why it is great and fun to work in SwoopTalent. First, we can work from home and spend more time with our love ones. They have respect for everyone's time. They'll let you work when you can be more productive. They listen to what you'd like to propose to help both the employees and the company to grow. I love how the management is very down to earth and they can clearly see your potential even if you can't see it yourself. They will enhance it and will give you the opportunity to succeed in that field.

      Cons

      Since everybody is in different parts of the world, it could be challenging when it comes to communication and to get to know each other well. The company is doing its best to improve processes and communication between departments.
