      Pros

      They have good office place (cowrks space). Working in Swoo team gives you a lot of scopes to learn and improve your designing and developing skills from a developer perspective. You will be given complete ownership.

      Cons

      They do not serve lunch in the office No cab facility Policies are more of UAE driven

      Pros

      Great office space, lots of light Great opportunity to learn but you need to put in the effort and take the initiative Fun team Flexible work timings Good leave policy Easy to talk to people when I faced an issue. Great plus point. The people would listen.

      Cons

      Everything is always urgent and is needed immediately. Ended up reporting to many people whose idea of the company was very different from one another. Certain people would get defensive at times. Was a little far, but the Metro station was close by.

      - great office space in CoWrks - good engineering team - lot of exposure for individuals (if they would like to get their hands dirty) - freedom for individuals to drive their initiatives - weekly all-hands to bring transparency - flexible work hours - flexibility for leaves There are lot of opportunities for individuals to learn and grow all along.

      Cons

      rewards/incentivization for individuals when certain goals are achieved would help motivate individuals lunch option at office would be good flexibility with work-from-home option would be good considering the commute problems in Bangalore
