I have had a few jobs and this on by far has Been the WORST. They drain you so bad that you cant take care of yourself to where you get so sick mentally. The amount of work they give you is so much but not Adding up to the pay at all. They don’t give raises unless you ask and sometimes it’s a comeback on what else they can add to your plate. There are some managers who are always rude and micro managing, however there are some nice ones. The upper management sit back and get paid so much and throw everything on the team to do. The company as a whole not just DCR is short staff everyone talks about it. They use and abuse there employees. (90% )Almost the who company left this year what does this tell you? I would never recommend anyone to work here. I’m glad we all left this year maybe they will change as a whole. More to come I’m sure. Better PAY better the ones that’s been there longest or the 10%left maybe leaving as well.

Super hostile environment, didn’t give raises like they promised to employees and declined others to asking for a raise. Management doesn’t know how to properly schedule staff to have coverage. Promises were made during interview that wasn’t met and management cares more about how much many they make than to care about their own works. Also making employees drive home on their 30 minute lunch and some employees living 40 minutes away.
