      Working here feels like, you are stuck and world has shut its door on you

      Pros

      1) Salary on time 2)Health insurance 3) Shifted to new office which is spacious

      Cons

      1) No appreciation. 2) More managers than developing team 3) processes on paper and have no meaning 4) Burden resources with out of sprint tasks 5) Expect from resources to sit extra hours 6) Dictatorship, everything revolves around one person. 7) Also no bonus they put on their advertisement about bonuses but only few lucky souls, wink get these.

      Real good talent, amazing environment.

      Cons

      At times, the irrational attitude of one of the executive position holder makes your life hell. You'll feel as if you've got all the space to work freely and all at once, you'll realize that it has been a dictatorship all the way and you just didn't realize.

      I had some wonderful colleagues and was in a fantastic team. It felt like a home.
