Pros

Work from home. Aside from that none.

Cons

Was a great startup company before it was sold and new management took over. Now it’s full of mindless corporate bozos who will fire anyone if it doesn’t go their way. Supervisor is passive aggressive and insecure and takes it out on the team, does anything to keep upper management content even if it makes no sense. Micromanaged to the max. **John Pham is no longer the CEO, otherwise this would be 5 stars ⭐️ he was iconic

Pros

Free food Friday, if they don't run out of food

Cons

Where do I begin? I saw somebody get fired during their maternity leave, which I thought was illegal. There are no set R&D, manufacturing, quality, and HR processes. As a result, there’s a lot of fingers pointing when things go wrong. I have even seen them fire good workers so upper management can cover their mistakes and shortcomings. The only exception is if you used to work for HydraFacial, where most of the executive team is from, you’re SAFE. The executives have lax standards because they place speed over quality, and again when things don’t go right, they will blame the employees rather than themselves. You don't have to look far for proof; all hiring ads start with, "InBrace is a flat, fail-fast organization". Every department has gotten blamed during my tenure here, and executives don’t take ownership. Unlimited PTO is a joke, you can't take vacations unless the manager approves, and you can’t use it for any leaves. There’s no 401-K matching or stock options. Like I said, special treatment... if you used to be part of the HydraFacial gang. Lately, upper management is firing good employees to make room for... Yes, more Hydrafacial employees. Morale is pretty low, and it's time for me to look for a new job.

Pros

Unlimited PTO was nice (if they actually let you use it)

Cons

Where do I even begin? Just in the past year alone, the turnover rate has been insane. Most founding teammates have all left or been let go. The companies only focus is on valuation and will do everything in their power to do so regardless of the teammates or partners that are steamrolled. Large portion of board has recently stepped down. Founding CEO stepped down and new CEO is purely numbers focused with what seems to be lacking any care for the individual workers or what is even happening on the floor. In my opinion, at this rate the company is doomed and destined be be just a quick cash out exit. Many times I witnessed employees legal rights being violated and various consumer law violations, and management clueless of the laws when brought up. In over a decade in the industry, I have never seen a company so poorly managed. I wouldn’t trust anything this company spews.
