Where do I begin? I saw somebody get fired during their maternity leave, which I thought was illegal. There are no set R&D, manufacturing, quality, and HR processes. As a result, there’s a lot of fingers pointing when things go wrong. I have even seen them fire good workers so upper management can cover their mistakes and shortcomings. The executives have lax standards because they place speed over quality, and again when things don’t go right, they will blame the employees rather than themselves.
