Toxic Culture, Unpaid Wages, and Blatant Legal Violations—Avoid at All Costs
Pros
Hard to tell, maybe that they used to provide tea twice a day
Cons
This is a classic "Lala company" disguised as a startup, completely devoid of professionalism. I resigned 7 months ago because they lacked the funds to pay the already below-market-rate salaries. Despite constant follow-ups, management flat-out refuses to clear my pending dues, offering nothing but pathetic, rotating excuses about "arranging funds" while withholding my hard-earned money. The financial mismanagement is systemic and illegal. They are actively violating labor codes by deducting PF (Provident Fund) from employees' salaries at the source but failing to deposit it into government accounts—which is outright fraud. Beyond the financial and legal red flags, the workplace environment is completely degraded. The office is so poorly provisioned that basic hygiene products like hand soap regularly run out, i would suggest employees to bring their own. Worse still, the hiring practices are deeply unethical. Do not waste your time applying here unless you enjoy working for free under toxic, unethical management.
