      Pros

      Forward thinking culture, creative environment with a good work/ life balance. Excellent opportunities for pro active employees across all areas of the business. The passion for the ethos within the company is shared by all employees. It is very rewarding working for a brand that gives back to its artisans and invests in their health and welfare unlike so many main stream brands.

      None that I am aware of having worked for 3 years for Susie Watson Designs.

      Beautiful interior environment and some lovely customers

      Cons

      If you like to be micro managed this is the place for you .You have to also deal with others’ egos and insecurities there is no consistency in management and day to day decisions constantly change. Lack of autonomy , no acknowledgement of strengths and your actions will be controlled and all information on you fed back to the ‘big cheese’ herself. Avoid if you value your sanity .
