Management had hired the necessary people to provide an exclusive employee support care team to handle all grievances. We have set protocols to followup with employee requests and have escalation procedures. We are pretty sure your grievance would have been well taken care of. Our top level management have a passion to keep the company growing as fast as it can despite facing many challenges, growing pains etc over the past 15 years. Supreme Tech has diversified into many sectors and has seen growth. We would not have achieved this without our consultants and employees. We are always grateful to our employees as they are our top most asset. By the way, We have checked our records. We do not recognize any database developer from New York who had been hired for any internal projects. We execute most of our projects at client site. Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear that your experience with our company wasn't good. We always try to satisfy all of our employee needs as much as we can. We have complete CMMI level process in place to handle our operations. We have a process to review our operational staff performance and provide necessary advise or feedback. Most of our operational processes are automated to be more efficient, accurate and most importantly transparent. During our past 15 years, none of our employees have missed receiving a monthly pay check despite the many challenges the company faced. We are sure that you had the same experience when you were working for the company. Our top level management has an open door policy and takes into account any advise to improve operational performance and bring in best practices to grow the company.
