In a not so nice property you will get treated terribly and regardless how wrong it is and how much you report it, it will be ignored and continue until you leave or get moved In a not so nice property, the management will act like they care about the tenants but spend no time with them and disagree with how you go about things when you know the person on a deeper level Expect to work 8 days in a row
