1) Your hard work is hardly ever acknowledged with no perks or benefits to speak of. Pay is not that great either ($32-$33/hr) for the level of work expected of you. 2) Poorly trained management with little to no qualifications. Pharmacists are managed by a technician and pharmacy assistants are managed by an invoicer! There is a lot of tension all the time between different departments and management adds fuel to the fire. Not a pleasant place to work!

No training or coaching. I was not told what I was apparently doing 'wrong' and fired out of the blue after three shifts and replaced by someone else immediately. It was obviously all pre-planned. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff stand around drinking coffee and gossiping while I'm working my bum off trying to make a good impression, then told that I don't fit in and don't have a good personality. What a joke.
