For a company that has gone through so much structural change in a short period of time, it's been a wonderful experience working with a kind, empathetic and diverse team of people across business functions from research, customer growth, marketing and everything in between. The current senior leadership team is an inspiring and eclectic mix of people who lead with passion, vision and a great sense of humour. A very flexible work environment with two mandatory days in the office. Lots of social events to facilitate connection and that make coming to work really pleasant. Great office location across from Parliament. All in all - a fabulous company that lives and breathes their THRIVE values.
