Pros

Weekly / Monthly pay Car Park Getting to go home

Cons

Racist / Racism everywhere of staff / workers working 6 days a week if you say No you will get fired If you beat target of 1000 they will increase 1200 the next day. If you don't beat your unrealistic targets you will get disciplined in front of everyone Weight regulations on the trailers are not met they also lie and say its 20,000 units when there 24,000 units

Exposure to international projects and suppliers across Europe. Fast-paced environment with opportunities to develop negotiation and coordination skills.

Cons

Long commute: the office is very distant. very very inconvenient transportation. Fully office-based working arrangement. even for office positions, its 5 days on-site. Attendance rules: if ur late for more than 5mins, u have to work for an extra 30mins to make up for it.
