      Pros

      Fast Recruitment and expanding too fast. Over promising to recruit.

      Cons

      MNC but act like SME. Company did not abide MOM guidelines. Poor Management which behaves like a gangster. No structure in the company.

      Your review is not true at all. If the company did not abide to MOM guidelines, etc the company would have receive official letter from MOM but we have not receive any of those. Do remove this untrue post within the next 24 hours.

      Bad management and no trainning.

      Central Location Free drinks and coffee at pantry

      Cons

      high turnover rate no training provided expected to be on your own and know what is going on paying junior and fresh grads but expecting specialist/senior output. endless meetings and involved in non stop writing of proposals no one knows what is going on ask for help but only get questions thrown back expects employees to pick up new products and support and sell it without training

      -Good exposure to IT security -Good location (Tanjong Pagar and Telok Ayer MRT are in walking vicinity) -Good food available nearby for lunch)

      Cons

      -Small company but higher management like to play office politics. -Expect fresh grads to perform like senior engineer. -Incompetent co-workers. -Work non stop for consecutive weeks, including weekends. -Higher management only interested in appointing employees to take ownership of projects. -Long hours of unnecessary meetings just to point fingers around faulting junior employees.
