Company has huge room for growth. Amazing leadership within operations and sales Great co-workers

Cons

Systems being used are not user friendly. Unable to hire enough people for the growth of the company. Lacks focus on employee retention Unwilling to implement US based systems as all system choices are selected overseas. Lack of work life balance and little opportunity for growth and advancement

Pay is decent, not great. Benefits are decent.

Cons

They need to work on cultivating a more professional work environment. Management is known to gossip, pick favorites and even bully staff. HR sides with management in every case. Right or wrong. There has been a lot of management turnover which adds to the unprofessional and toxic work environment.
