Pros

Decent pay and schedule. We get holidays off. The onboarding in the computer area was great and really helpful. I like my team members.

Cons

Safety is not a focus. Only safety info given is during orientation or sometimes in memos. Management doesn't know how to plan or communicate.

Pros

They hire people with limited experience

Cons

By far the worst company I've ever worked for. Most toxic, out of touch management starting with the plant manager with the production manager not far behind. Constant shut downs keep you from having full pay checks. Their insurance doesn't cover dependants or spouse. I could go on and on but really there isn't any good thing about working at this place. You'll be breathing in chemical dust while dealing with the most horrendous management you can find.

Cons

-Lack of direction in AE role -Lack of direction and initiative from leadership -Communication with Taiwanese parent company (Chansieh Enterprises) is spotty. -Website and Outlook email security not seen as a top priority (email was down for over a month during my tenure)
