There seems to be a significant amount of hiring, yet the overall direction and purpose remain unclear. Unfortunately, management’s approach is less than ideal, impacting morale and communication within the organization. Additionally, the compensation structure falls short of expectations, and opportunities for employee development and career advancement are limited. Employees also face challenges with limited leave options, which further strains work-life balance. These factors contribute to an environment that may struggle to retain and motivate talent for the long term.
