CEO achieved a sudden success in the business and forgot that they had a showroom business only 4. CEO engaged his showroom sales staff in different departments' supervisor positions, and those salesmen have their own community to secure their own favor. They don't allow an external person to grab a lead/managerial position. 4. Still showroom vibes. can't call an organization 5. Family and Friends Management 6. CEO accept family friends mislead information more than his own.. 7. CEO is the HR, Sales Man, Finance and Marketer. Funny :D
