Pros

Employees that want to make a difference in the world

Cons

This is a seminar company that promotes integrity and success as a sales strategy. It does not manage the company in a way that walks the talk. Former leadership were self serving the demise of the company and current leadership has only the goal of lining their pockets. Very little care for employees, since they are dispensibile. This was shared in our leadership meeting. Can't believe they have not been shut down for unethical practices. Taking clients money, not giving refunds, not paying employees on time and not paying some contracts ever.

Pros

Friday morning free breakfast, cookie breaks on Wednesday, casual wear all summer and monthly birthday parties.

Cons

They don't operate by what they say they believe, they lose/run-off/cheat great employees and have no loyalty, paychecks come late very frequently - you may get an email at 4:30 pm on the day paychecks are due promising them on Monday which then could become Tuesday, in the past before going to payroll companies the paychecks would bounce and you would be repaid in cash, you pay for insurance and may go to the doctor and find out the insurance is cancelled due to non payment, owner expects that 8-12 per hour is a good base pay to attract seasoned professionals in sales - you will be told you can make up to $40 or $50k but earnings are capped though you will be told they are uncapped, they don't care about customers and charge them when they say they won't, ignore customer complaints, they pay bills slowly so call center internet and phones get cutoff, can't advertise their events because of lack of money/credit, prior venues/contractors/vendors have been known to send demand for payment letters for events that happened over 6 months ago, prize winners at the events frequently don't get prizes or get them months after the event and only after harassing and threatening, they won't provide training to their new employees - 2 hours in most cases then get on the phone. It's a nightmare disguised as a Christian company.

Pros

1) Opportunity to travel internationally, which provides valuable exposure and personal growth beyond a typical role 2) Unique experience within the self-help and personal development industry. Offering insights into a different side of education and events. 3) Strong sense of camaraderie across teams, with an inclusive environment that feels supportive both professionally and personally. 4) Young, dynamic workforce that is energetic, collaborative and capable of executing ideas efficiently. 5) Initiative and willingness to go beyond scope are recognized and encouraged. Giving room for proactive individuals to contribute meaningfully

Cons

1) Management style can be overly hands on even at times limiting autonomy and independent decision making. 2) While the culture promotes inclusivity there appears to be an inner circle that is difficult for others to fully integrate into. 3) Some colleagues may hesitate to voice concerns or challenge decisions even when necessary. 4) The “family-like” culture can become exclusionary when differing perspectives or questions are raised. 5) Leadership structure is highly centralized with decision-making concentrated at the top. Aspects of the business model may raise concerns for individuals seeking greater transparency or alignment with personal values.
