Pros

Freedom and reasonable autonomy, at least in my position. Owner is a very bright visionary. Overall good corporate culture.

Cons

C-level management incompetence, outside of the owner principal. Lack of operational leadership allowed for constant turf battles that negatively affected moral and efficiency.
