Pros

Met a handful of lovely friends while employed there. It was a nice building to work in (had to manage the facade and all..)

Cons

The work was meaningless and an endless loop of catering to the most unprofessional, uneducated, narcissistic clientele and CEO’s of these direct selling companies. Their lack of morals and work ethic was a daily struggle for me; having to be a contributing factor to the industry where we sold overpriced, useless goods to end consumers who did not have the means to purchase in the first place. These people are filled with inflated false promises by these direct selling companies and “motivational” speakers that their lives will be grand and their income will be bountiful. Meanwhile, these company owners, SUCCESS CEO included, are becoming grossly rich on the heavy financial commitments these poor people are obligated to embark on. SUCCESS Partners preached about leadership and empowering the employee. The BIGGEST oxymoron of the 21st century. During stand up meetings and quarterly company “rally” events, employees would huddle together in order to provide an audience for our attention starved CEO. The audacity of the executives to speak of leadership to their teams became comical. The company was a dead end, a stunted growth scenario for anyone who entered the door. A building full of talented employees who were the engine to this company and were highly neglected. It is extremely sad for those who were wronged during the ongoing layoffs throughout the years. I hope they find new opportunities where their abilities are able to flourish and be appreciated. But, one less delinquent company in the world is the positive to take away from it all.
