In my two years as a Technical Support Engineer at Subscribe Pro, I consistently found myself surrounded by smart, collaborative people who genuinely cared about each other's success. The team dynamic is one of the best I've experienced — small but mighty, and everyone's contributions are felt and valued. The learning opportunities here are real and constant. Whether it was diving deep into new technologies, navigating complex integrations, or tackling problems I hadn't seen before, every day brought something new. Personal and professional growth aren't just buzzwords at Subscribe Pro — they're baked into the day-to-day culture. I left with a significantly broader skill set than when I arrived. The remote culture is well established and genuinely works. The team communicates well across the distance, and there's a level of trust and autonomy that makes remote work here feel natural rather than forced.
Cons
This role isn't for everyone. To thrive here, you need to be self-motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable finding answers on your own. Because it's a startup, you'll wear many hats — your scope will likely extend beyond a traditional job description. If you embrace that, it's one of the best parts of the job. If you prefer a rigid, narrowly defined role, it may feel like a stretch.

- Well-implemented and scalable tech solution - CEO gives great feedback and honestly cares about the employees - 1-1s are done on a bi-weekly basis - Great opportunity to implement new ideas - Perfect work/life balance - Flexible hours - Lean team
Cons
- Lack of guidance. The solution is robust, with many tech and business details, and you have to figure many things out for yourself - Lack of a better team structure. We rely on the CEO for many things so it would be nice to have a larger team. I'm sure we'll get there :)
