      HR is not structured, and you are expected to work on your own. Mean and old-fashioned HR is working with a toxic HR head there. zero learning and pf and policies

      Organize activities for employee engagement every second Friday of the month

      Cons

      Lack of appreciation for doing a good job. Office politics make lousy work culture. No learning programs for skills development. The company doesn't have any policies for employee health or other type of benefits. No roles and responsibilities are assigned as per job title.
