We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. At Stupa, we strive to maintain transparency around work expectations, including our hybrid work policy and project demands. While certain phases of product development or live deployments may require additional effort from teams, we continuously work to ensure that workloads remain balanced and that employees have clarity around expectations.

We appreciate the time you spent with us and wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
The company forced all their employees to write good reviews here and at ambition box. Almost all the 4 and 5 star reviews are fake. They make you sit long forcefully even if you have no work to do. They are hire aggressively just to fire employees. PMs give useless requirements without even thinking about implementation capabilities. Unrealistic deadliness

no work life balance HR is puppet of CEO You need to work even on Saturday and Sundays Earlier we use to have WFH on Thursday but it has now been revoked. CEO purposefully adds more task on JIRA, and ask you to complete it,Even on Saturday and Sunday. They hire qnd fire. If your job is done in here with in 2 months you would be ask to leave. If you don't work you'll be fired. It's either lose or lose situation.
