Pros

Really great software which they update regularly. Great support from management etc. Working online provides amazing flexibility. You get paid for the work you do, but there's no pressure to work.

Cons

The pay is good if you're quick, but if you're slow (especially when starting) it's below minimum/hour. Really inconsistent work - this cannot be your only job. They are good at projecting workloads though.

I do not know why people complain about this job, it is not that hard and you can do it anytime. At the moment there is so much work avaliable, you can really work anytime you want. They give you guidelines on what to write as feedback which is helpful. The mentors are nice. They have really great bonuses when it is busy. Once you get used to it, you will finish your reviews within the time frame. It just takes a little bit of practice, like with any job.

Cons

There are none for me :) I know some people are complaining about being paid monthly, but for me this isn't a problem. Plus I know they are working hard on getting us paid more regularly.
