Pros

This is by far the worst placed I've worked at in my entire career as a designer. I just went to collect a pay check until they let go half the staff (no notice or slowly cutting hours). I'd stay away from this place, it made my lose my confident as a designer (i've been in the industry for several years) PRO: - Cool projects - Diverse office - Location doesn't suck - Parking - Young(ish) mentality

Cons

CON: - No work like balance at all (they don't pay overtime and expect you to work until LATE night) - AWFUL project manager, very condescending, rude, disencouraging, talks smack about yout to other team memeber and puts you down in FRONT of others. - The coworkers were awful - very highschool mentality and clicky - Favortism is off the roof - No basic etiquette (constantly ignored and interrupted in team meetings) - One of the partners was drunk in a team meeting - One is "nice and beach vibes" until they aren't (moody swings) - The other is smart and well respected

Pros

Great Projects Nothing more to say

Cons

Long hours without compensation. Every week leading to project due you will work 16 hours a day. Lack of communications, will chose favorites and favor to that. Communications are none existence. No matter what the client will say they will go their way to change their mind, leading to crazy hours. They cannot keep track of what you have done, no matter how much you report to them. If you do not set boundaries at the start, they will walk all over you. No work life balance. They will say yes to client needs last minute before project due which leads to more overtime. If you're not a senior, you're always wrong, even if you're right.

Pros

Good people and good projects.

Cons

Lack of process, little collaboration or creative expression at staff level. Design directions flows from top down and shows little innovation or development. Long hours makes work/life balance a challenge, and inconsistent direction from top is generally the root cause of long hours.
