      Pros

      Stryker, employees all walk the talk. Everyone within the organisation lives and breaths the mission whilst holing firm to the values. This results in the most supportive environment with limitless opportunities for personal and professional growth. The work is extremely rewarding and humbling . Stryker is rated the best company to work for because it truly is!

      After working for Stryker I cannot see myself being able to work anywhere else. I'm in for the long haul!

      Deliberate, Quick, Trustworthy, Driven, Motivated

      Cons

      Management wasn't helpful in giving support. Every time Support was asked for I was given the instructions to build better relationships in the workplace. No guidance was offered. Instead of the management team helping me learn I was asked to learn different tasks from my team.
