      Senior management is a bit cringe

      Pros

      Lots of tech. full 90 minute prep period. Admin generally doesn't need to review your lesson plans.

      Cons

      Need admin approval to print anything. A bit too committed to being paperless. Pay is less than the district. Pay structure of bonuses instead of larger raises means long term pay is substantially less than the district. Social studies and science are 1 semester classes. Every middle school teacher teaches an advisory, which lacks structure or vision.

      - Free Environment - Creative - Open to improvements - Mid level administration (such as deans, and principal) very helpful & supportive of staff - Staff very helpful and supportive to students

      Cons

      - Inexperienced teachers - Disorganized plans/ideas - Nonexistent base-level curriculum, teachers will need to develop curriculum on their own if none is available - Disciplinary action appears (although that may not be true) for severe issues, but very strict for minor issues
