Pros

Employees are nice, just not nice enough to justify the poor treatment you get at the company,,,,,

Cons

-The company's not doing so hot. The folks at the top seem clueless about running things, and they're messing with employees' jobs like it's some kind of experiment. Just hired 4-6 people, and a month later, bam, they're out of a job, blaming it on budget cuts. This is like the 5th time this has happened this year under StretchSense. If that's not a red flag, I don't know what is. Something's not right here, and it's happening way too often. - Never enough people, basically doing a 3 person job on your own cause they don't have enough budget. -Threaten you, that you'll be made redundant if you don't produce results. - They expect you to meet impossible deadlines, with a 100% increase in ROI.

Pros

Amazing product Great customer profiles

Cons

Management does worry about malpractice and will do it as often as they please. You will have no conversation about how you are doing and what you should be doing to grow. You may get laid-off by using the gray areas of company restructure laws. It's been done to at least 4 people already. The 2 faced management will never let you know what their intentions are and will continue to keep the employees in the dark by showing a different picture. They will play games with you and will keep denying. It's dangerous to work in a place where people in high positions will use you till they deem necessary and then replace you as soon as they are done. As an employee your feedback has no value.
