Management: Akash Chander exhibits extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. His leadership style is among the worst I have ever encountered.
1. Before joining the organization, employees are required to sign a ₹100 bond paper agreement. If an employee resigns or is terminated within the first month, the company refuses to pay their salary. This hiring practice is being followed consistently.
2. Despite earning a minimum monthly profit of ₹20 to ₹30 lakh, the company does not properly provide incentives even to employees who achieve their targets.
3. There is no structured policy in the organisation and there is no proper HR in the organisation.
4. Policies related to leaves, incentives, maternity benefits, or gratuity, as introduced by Akash Chander, are not adhered to. The rules are frequently altered based on his convenience.
5. Employee performance is monitored through a software tracking system. However, sales, marketing personnel engage in multiple calls throughout the day, and if their laptop activity does not reflect this, it is wrongly considered a productivity issue. This approach is highly flawed.
Overall, the organization lacks a proper work culture. Very few employees have remained with the company for a long time because they took a loan. It is not worth investing your time here.
