They hire awesome people then work them into the ground. Work is very reactive, and stress levels are often high as deadlines keep shifting and there's no real prioritization. Everything is always urgent and work loads are unrealistic.
People leaders are lacking in leadership skills and they all need to learn to listen more and talk less.
Pay is poor,, benefits are nil (unless you count fizzy water on-tap and bike parking) and growth/development is non existent.
