Pros
Amazing company that focuses their effort on people as a whole. They are a consulting company so at the end of the day their product is people. They provide smart people to government and commercial clients that are technically motivated to solve hard problems and excited to take on the next challenge.
Cons
They are a small company that is dealing with a lot of growth. Naturally there are growing pains internally but every issue is addressed as soon as possible and viewed as a learning experience.
