      Pros

      Stratus takes on a lot of varied work and encourages employees to find the right fit to grow their careers. There is a great open door culture that helps to spread skills and ideas across the company.

      Cons

      A byproduct of the success is the rapid growth. If you're not comfortable with some growing pains Stratus may not be the best fit. Leadership is genuinely interested in their employees are conscious of the challenges.
