Some of the team is great and really know their stuff. Most of the team is helpful and will stop to help you the best they can.
Cons
This company does not practice what they preach. As a coaching and leadership company, it poorly executes this internally. The scarier thing might be, is if this is what they are teaching other leaders, then that even scarier. There is very little that is positive about Strategisense. From the being overworked, micromanaged, questioned and employees are given a sense of false empowerment. There is a lack of trust, fear of telling the truth or pushing back. There is an appearance of listening but management truly isn't. There is a lack of genuine care and false comradery. Don't be fooled when asked to share, it later could be used against you later in an unnecessary meeting which there are plenty of. Meetings rarely start on time and almost never end at the scheduled time. In a company of less than 10, there are too many initiatives, very little time to focus on anything but the everyday work and management don't have any power to make decisions.
