      - Great opportunities for growth + learning - A lot of smart and amazing people - Strong market position

      Cons

      - Can be a lot of repetitive work with tight timelines - Culture fell off a cliff with Covid without bouncing back - Some departments would benefit from new/additional leadership

      The people that work here are truly great. Everyone does their part and then some. Benefits and perks are solid, and the culture is very open and real.

      Cons

      The operations of employees needs to improve. Strata will not be able to grow sustainably if the company cannot retain senior level people with experience.
