Pros

the kids are always nice.

Cons

You're overworked and management couldn't care less about you. it's a miserable and unorganized preschool. i feel bad for the kids attending. their turnover rate is off the charts. 21 teachers left in 6 months.

Pros

I really loved working here while attending UNLV they worked around my schedule. The children were all happy compared to my last employer. The teacher are caring and speak to the children like children and not adults. Everyone was welcoming as I went in and out of classrooms.

Cons

Didn’t have my own classroom.

Pros

s an early childhood educator, you’re part of a supportive team that values collaboration, creativity, and a genuine love for children. The center promotes professional growth, offers a structured yet nurturing environment, and takes pride in making a meaningful impact on young lives every day. With a strong focus on quality care, family partnerships, and early education, Stone Bridge is more than just a workplace it’s a community where educators thrive and children shine.

Fast-paced environment: Working with young children requires high energy, patience, and multitasking throughout the day.
