Pros
Great work environment, daily quota is fairly easy to reach, helpful people, remote work is possible, 9 to 5 work days
Cons
Terrible salary, no raises unless you receive a promotion, rules for promotion are not clear (you will be promoted if the management thinks it's adequate at their will), mechanical work with no challenge (boring with no perspective of ever becoming challenging), the bonus is a joke (they shouldn't ever even say there is a bonus policy...it's less then half of one month paycheck...)
