      Pros

      They'll harass you in front of everyone.

      Cons

      You'll see HR saying bad words to employees. Not a healthy environment to work. Bunch of immature people are handling the company. You won't see much experienced employees in the company. You'll regret joining the company. Only 10-15 employees are there so you can assume how they behave with employees.

      Pros

      For a startup tech is very good, and the technical process to get things is good enough.

      Cons

      Inter-department communication is chaotic, which leaves developer unproductive and unable to account for their workday. Too much barriers in tech team for a startup.
